Angela earned the title “Queen of Randolph Street” from Phil Vettel, an acclaimed Chicago Tribune food critic
and earned Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognition at her eateries located on Randolph Street’s “Restaurant Row”
in the West Loop of Chicago between 1997-2021.

Her restaurants include the celebrated Sushi Wabi, Decero Taqueria, HELLOTACOS!, The Front Room, The Backdoor Saloon, Grange Hall Burger Bar, Veerasway Fresh Indian, sushiDOKKU, and Booze Box, amongst others.  

Angela retired from the city at her farm in Michigan and now owner-operates White Horse Farm Catering, the premier Wedding catering company in Southwest Michigan, where she blends her culinary finesse with her ancestral farming roots.

Additionally, she is a mentor and mother, balancing her professional endeavors with homeschooling her children. Thus, she embodies the essence of a modern, multifaceted entrepreneur.
